In documents obtained by The Insider With Yahoo, it shows that the court filed a Notice of Case Review on Thursday, meaning Khloé needs to file certain papers in order for the divorce to proceed, otherwise the case will be dismissed. That could happen as early as the end of April meaning she will still be married to Lamar Odom.
Kardashian filed for divorce in December 2013 after rumors of Lamar's infidelity and substance abuse issues surfaced. The former NBA player, 35, never responded with a petition of his own.Khloé, 30, could have gone back to file for a default divorce judgment to officially end their union, but she never did.
So has Khloé changed her mind about the divorce entirely? Possibly.
In November, she discussed her love life with momager Kris Jenner on the spinoff show Kourtney & Khloé Take The Hamptons.
"Alright, don't say I moved to something so quickly because you know for how many f--king years I was dealing with something," she yelled. "I'm not talking about this anymore. You're so simple minded you have no idea how I feel everyday. If I had my way, I would still be married to Lamar."
Us Weekly reported in February that Kardashian was secretly still seeing Lamar, juggling him and French Montana; however, the reality star appears to have gotten back together with the rapper… for now.
On Friday, Khloé — who is currently visiting Armenia with Kim — uploaded a photo of a special certificate from the country granting the family a plot of land. "Kourt and Rob we got you a souvenir!!!!!! Land in Armenia!!!" she exclaimed on Instagram. The document listed her full name, "Khloé Kardashian Odom" and even though that's not the biggest deal, perhaps she didn't want to draw attention to it as she later deleted the picture.
Kardashian and Odom wed in September 2009 after only a month of dating.
