Marquinhos heaped praise on "champion" Zlatan Ibrahimovic after he fired Paris Saint-Germain to a 4-1 Coupe de France semi-final win over Saint-Etienne on Wednesday.
Ibrahimovic steered PSG into the final against Auxerre next month with a superb hat-trick, which took him past the 100-goal mark for the Ligue 1 leaders.
Brazilian defender Marquinhos thinks the Swede will continue to fire in goals for les Parisiens as they pursue an unprecedented quadruple on top of their Trophee des Champions triumph earlier in the season.
"The goal is really important for a striker and that's how Ibrahimovic will regain confidence," the 20-year-old told France 2.
"Ibra is a super player, important for the team and when he is on the field, he is always trying to help his team-mates and seeks the victory. He is a champion."
PSG are set to face Bastia in the Coupe de la Ligue final on Saturday and Barcelona in the quarter-finals of the Champions League four days later, with the first leg at Parc des Princes.
"Our mentality is to win everything," Marquinhos added. "The ambition of the club is to win titles and that is the same as the players.
"All the players on the pitch want to win and have demonstrated this tonight and we will continue on that road."
